After being diagnosed as an ADHDer (inattentive subtype) with autistic traits in 2024, I found that there was a shocking lack of support for ADHD adults; especially those that were late diagnosed or from other marginalised backgrounds. This stoked my sense of justice sensitivity and I began to make it my mission to become the person that I needed when I was first diagnosed. I wished I could have spoken to someone who had lived experience and who could tell me that my world was not falling apart, it was instead beginning to sew itself together in a new and exciting way! Now, I aim to be that person for other ADHDers who find themselves in late-diagnosis limbo and are unsure of their next steps in their ADHD journey.
My approach to coaching is compassionate, practical and ADHD-informed, helping clients move from self-doubt and overwhelm towards greater clarity, confidence and self-understanding.
