ADHD-informed coaching is a supportive, strengths-based approach that recognises how ADHD can influence the way you think, feel, communicate, manage your time, organise tasks and navigate everyday life. Rather than expecting you to simply “try harder” or fit into systems that may not work for your brain, coaching focuses on understanding your individual strengths, challenges and needs, and finding practical strategies that work with your ADHD. At Hello Clarity, we create a judgement-free space where you can gain greater self-understanding, build confidence, develop personalised strategies and make meaningful changes - helping you move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck towards greater clarity, confidence and control.

No, here at Hello Clarity, you do not require a formal diagnosis to received ADHD-Informed Coaching from us! We recognise that self-diagnosis is just as valid as a formal diagnosis and understand that ADHDers face many barriers in obtaining a formal diagnosis in today’s world.
If during our Discovery Call, we feel that you may benefit from something other than coaching, we will always let you know and sign-post you to people who can help.

Counselling, therapy, mentoring and coaching each have a different purpose. Coaching is typically future-focused and helps individuals identify goals, overcome barriers, develop strategies and create sustainable change, without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Counselling generally provides a safe space to explore and process emotional difficulties, often focusing on the past or present. Therapy is a broader term that can involve treating and managing mental health or psychological difficulties, often through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Mentoring is more experience-led, where someone with relevant knowledge or experience provides guidance, advice and support to help another person develop personally or professionally.

At Hello Clarity, we begin with a free 30 minute Discovery Call to see if ADHD-Informed Coaching is the right path for you and if we are a good fit to work together.
From there, you will receive a minimum of 6 weekly sessions of ADHD-Informed Coaching, tailored to you and your needs.
Once the initial 6 weeks is up, we will re-evaluate whether you would like to continue with weekly coaching sessions, alter the frequency or take a break.
All 1:1 sessions take place remotely..

That's completely okay.
Sometimes “everything feels like too much and I don't know where to start” is exactly where we start.

We believe ADHD coaching should be about understanding your brain, not trying to change who you are. At Hello Clarity, we offer a warm, compassionate and genuinely judgement-free space where you can be understood without having to explain or apologise for the way your brain works. Our approach combines ADHD-informed knowledge with practical, personalised coaching that recognises there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll explore what works for you, build on your strengths, and find realistic strategies that fit your life - not someone else’s idea of how you “should” function. Our aim is not to make you more like everyone else, but to help you understand yourself, work with your brain and create greater clarity, confidence and self-belief. Different brain, different approach.

There may be practical strategies that emerge from our conversations, but coaching isn't about handing you a standard list of ADHD hacks.
We'll focus on understanding what's happening for you and finding approaches that fit your circumstances.
